Ducab has broken ground on its new global headquarters building in Jebel Ali. The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Eng. Jamal Salem Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Ducab; Dr. Ahmad bin Hassan Al Shaikh, Vice Chairman of Ducab; Mabkhoot Al Menhali, Ducab board member and Andrew Shaw, Managing Director at Ducab alongside Richard Beard, Managing Director of Ramboll Middle East and Asia; and John E. The new Ducab headquarters will be environmentally responsive, built to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification when completed in 2019. Alongside its commitment to environmental conservatism and sustainable energy solutions, Ducab will echo the area’s indigenous plant life by creating a tree plantation alongside the facility.
