About UAE Facilities
Ducab is one of the Middle East's end to end energy solution providers and leading manufacturers of cables and metals, operating specialized facilities for high-voltage, medium-voltage, low-voltage, aluminium, and copper products. Its integrated manufacturing capabilities enable the company to supply critical infrastructure, utility, industrial, and construction projects across the UAE and international markets.
High Voltage Factory
Ducab’s High Voltage facility in Jebel Ali was opened in 2011. During that time, it was the region's first dedicated high-voltage and extra-high-voltage cable manufacturing plant.
Currently, the HV Factory produces cable systems ranging from 66 kV to 400 kV for power transmission networks and major utility projects. The facility features a 148-meter vertical curing tower that supports the production of high-quality HV and EHV cables.
The HV factory has been the core of multiple innovative solutions of Ducab including the production of the region’s first High Voltage Fiber Optic cables in 2025.
Medium Voltage Factory
The year 2000 marks the opening of Ducab’s Medium Voltage (MV) Factory. We supply MV cables up to 33 kV for utility, industrial, infrastructure, and oil and gas applications.
These cables are designed to provide reliable power distribution and comply with international quality and safety standards.
Copper Rod Factory
Located in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, the Copper Rod Plant is the UAE's first copper rod manufacturing facility established in 2008. It converts copper cathodes into high-purity 8 mm copper rods, which serve as the primary raw material for cable production. The plant supports both Ducab's operations and regional market demand.
M1 Factory
Ducab's low-voltage manufacturing facility began production in 2005. Our M1 factory produces cables for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications. The product range includes power cables, building wires, control cables, fire-resistant cables, and low-smoke zero-halogen cables designed for safe and efficient electrical distribution.
M2 Factory
As Ducab expanded its manufacturing capabilities, M2 emerged in 2008, adding greater production capacity and strengthening our operations. It produces various ranges of cables for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications. The product range includes medium voltage power cables, building wires, nuclear cables, fire-resistant cables, rubber cable, flat cable, arctic grade cable, braded cable, flexible cable and low-smoke zero-halogen cables designed for safe and efficient electrical distribution.
Aluminium Factory
The Aluminium Factory, part of Ducab Metals Business (DMB), is located in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. Since opening its doors in 2018, the facility has played a key role in supporting the UAE’s manufacturing sector through the production of high-quality aluminium products and solutions.
The plant manufactures electrical-grade aluminium rods, wires, and overhead conductors. The facility supports the power transmission and distribution sector by supplying high-quality aluminium products for utility and infrastructure projects.
