Each and every employee’s training within Ducab is customized by a Professional Development Plan, initiated by the Human Resources Department, and agreed upon with the employee and his/her line manager who also acts as their mentor.
Ducab also provides its employees with many relevant in-house and external training and has a number of development programs tailored to meet the specific needs of its various business units.
The training department lends special focus on developing UAE Nationals and maintains close links with universities and vocational institutes to enable nationals to continue training after joining Ducab.
