Our employee development programme is a collaboration between managers and employees to align individual needs with the business needs of Ducab. Every employee’s training is tailormade around a Professional Development Plan, initiated by the Human Resources department, and agreed with the employee and their line manager, who also acts as their mentor.
We provide our employees with many in-house and external training opportunities, designed to meet the specific needs of our business units. Our training department has a special focus on developing UAE nationals and maintains close links with UAE universities and vocational institutes to enable Emiratis to continue their training after joining Ducab.
