Ducab always seeks to ensure that its customers and suppliers are dealt with ethically, in a transparent business environment based on mutual trust. To support that goal, the management of Ducab has developed an ethical standards whistleblowing policy. This policy offers stakeholders a confidential platform for raising concerns about possible malpractice.
Concerns raised will be handled directly by a management committee and feedback will be provided promptly. Customers and suppliers may access details of the process through the department they are dealing with.
